One of my favourite breakfasts – These are so filling and great for #mealprep they almost taste naughty like eating dessert for breakfast. Give this little tub of goodness a try next time you are needing a full and satisfying breakfast.
Ingredients:- • 1/2 cup oats • 1 scoop @Whitewolfnutrition salted caramel vegan protein (sub for any protein but I highly recommend this one) • Sprinkle of cinnamon • 1/2 cup almond milk (sub for any milk) • Handful frozen raspberries • 2 tsp coconut yoghurt (sub for any yoghurt) • 1 tbsp peanut butter (100% peanuts)
Mix oats, protein, cinnamon and milk together in an airtight container and sprinkle frozen raspberries on top (or add the raspberries in the morning instead).
