Raw Notella Brownies

Chocolate hazelnut goodness – gluten free, dairy free, refined sugar free

If you don’t like brownies then we can’t be friends… Ok we can still be friends but full disclosure I think you’re a little weird, brownies are life!

I remember diving spoon first into the nutella jar as a kid, the combination of hazelnuts and chocolate is pure genius – thank you to the Italians for creating this divine spread! I just wish they went a little lighter on the sugar, ya feel me??

The good news is that there is no need to worry about the sugar content in these gorgeous chocolate hazelnut brownies. You get all of the flavour in every bite without even needing to turn the oven on!

If you LOVE chocolate like me and need a serious sugar hit, then try my recipe for hidden oreo cups, you WILL not regret it. If you’re looking for a cold dessert on the healthier side, don’t worry I got you with my Chocolate + Vanilla Protein Parfait.

Hazelnut meal is the star ingredient in this recipe, I buy from my local wholefoods store but you can also find in the baking isle of the supermarket or blend up hazelnuts to make your own.

Lindt 70% Dark chocolate makes these dairy free and low sugar while retaining the chocolatey goodness.

Vegan Chocolate Protein Powder adds a little protein boost without any surprise nasties. The Happy Way range is clean as a whistle and perfect for baking with (code HAPPYBLONDE saves you 10%).

Stevia or monkfruit are my favourite granulated sugar replacements from Naturally Sweet Australia (code BLONDE10 saves you 10%).
