Creamy Dreamy Caramel Overnight Oats

PB Choc Lava Cake

(High protein, low sugar, low carb, dairy & gluten free)
I love a quick mug cake that can be prepared straight after dinner without any pre-planning and that is exactly what this little cup of gold is! This is sure to satisfy your cravings with a melty chocolate and PB centre!

Ingredients:
• 1 scoop (30g) Happy Way Chocolate protein powder
• 1 tbsp almond meal or rice flour
• 1/4 tsp baking soda
• 1/4 cup almond milk
• 1 square of dark chocolate
• 2 tsp powdered PB mixed with water until smooth

Method:
– Mix the protein powder, flour, baking soda and milk together in a coffee mug.
– Microwave for 50-60 seconds depending on your microwave.
– Push the chocolate square down into the centre of the mug so that it creates a slight hole in the cake. Important that you do this straight away to ensure the chocolate melts.
– Pour PB+ mix or peanut butter over the top.
– Let sit for 2 minutes and then dig in.
