Mango Pineapple Smoothie

This mango pineapple smoothie is a dairy free summer delight. Tropical flavours combined for a quick and simple breakfast smoothie or snack

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup frozen mango
  • ¾ cup frozen pineapple
  • cup Ice
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder*
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup*
  • 1 tbsp macadamia nut pieces*

Instructions

  • Add frozen fruit and ice to a high speed blender.
  • Pour over milk, add protein powder and sweetener of your choice.
  • Blend for thirty seconds to combine and blend for a further ten to fifteen seconds until smooth.
  • Pour into a cup and serve straight away.

Notes

*Replace maple syrup with your favourite sweetener.
*You can use vegan or whey protein in this recipe.
*Use any nuts you like in this recipe or see suggestions above for alternative sources of fat you can add to this smoothie.
