Coconut Slice Recipe | Toasted Coconut

This fudgy coconut slice will be ready within thirty minutes. No baking required, refined sugar free, dairy free and gluten free

Instructions

  • Combine macadamia butter, coconut oil and maple syrup in a mixing bowl.
  • Add coconut flour, toasted coconut, protein powder and stevia. Combine well.
  • Transfer to a mini loaf tin or container lined with baking paper.
  • Sprinkle with 1/2 tsp coconut sugar and more toasted coconut.
  • Place in the freezer for 20 minutes to set.
  • Slice into twelve pieces and serve or store coconut slice in the fridge.
