Combine peanut butter, maple syrup and almond milk until smooth.
Add protein powder, almond meal, coconut flour, stevia, cinnamon and salt. Mix well.
Chop chocolate into pieces and press into the mixture.
Press the dough into a mini lined loaf tin or container.
Refrigerate for 1 hour before slicing into squares.
