Add yoghurt and combine into a dough. You. Can also use a food processor for this step if you wish. If the dough is sticky, refrigerate for 1 hour or so.
Spoon out the dough into 8 even sized portions and roll into balls.
Melt white chocolate with coconut oil. Coat each ball in the white chocolate mixture and sprinkle some freeze dried strawberry dust on top. Add to the fridge for 1-2 hours until the chocolate has set and enjoy!
