Greek Yogurt Parfait

This this Greek yogurt parfait is thick, smooth and creamy! A total dream for all of my chocolate lovers out there wanting something a little more on the healthy side.

Vanilla Parfait Layer

Instructions

  • Combine all of the chocolate layer ingredients in a small mixing bowl until smooth. Add almond milk 1 tbsp at a time until you have a thick but smooth texture.
  • Combine all ingredients for the vanilla layer in a separate bowl and mix well.
  • Start building the parfait in layers by adding a thick layer of the vanilla mixture to the bottom of a glass cup or jar.
  • Add a thick layer of the chocolate mixture on top, followed by a few fresh or frozen strawberry pieces. Repeat steps 2 and 3 until all of the ingredients are used up.
  • Top with more strawberry and place in the fridge to set for at least one hour.
  • Top with more fruit, granola or crushed biscuits and serve.
