This this Greek yogurt parfait is thick, smooth and creamy! A total dream for all of my chocolate lovers out there wanting something a little more on the healthy side.
Combine all of the chocolate layer ingredients in a small mixing bowl until smooth. Add almond milk 1 tbsp at a time until you have a thick but smooth texture.
Combine all ingredients for the vanilla layer in a separate bowl and mix well.
Start building the parfait in layers by adding a thick layer of the vanilla mixture to the bottom of a glass cup or jar.
Add a thick layer of the chocolate mixture on top, followed by a few fresh or frozen strawberry pieces. Repeat steps 2 and 3 until all of the ingredients are used up.
Top with more strawberry and place in the fridge to set for at least one hour.
Top with more fruit, granola or crushed biscuits and serve.
