Vegan Chocolate Mousse | High Protein

This soft and silky vegan chocolate mousse has a sensational chocolate flavour combined with a thick and creamy texture. One big serving with lots of protein, made totally dairy free.

  • Combine protein powder, cocoa powder and stevia in a mixing bowl.
  • Add peanut butter, maple syrup and almond milk. 
  • Mix everything together until smooth and transfer to a serving glass or cup. 
  • Optional: Top with fruit, granola, cacao nibs crushed biscuits or nut butter. 
  • Serve straight away or set in the fridge for 1-2 hours for an extra thick and cold vegan chocolate mousse (my preference).


*Use any milk of your choice in this recipe.
Be careful not to add too much milk. You can always add more milk if the mixture is too thick but if you add too much, the mousse will be runny.
