Coffee Protein Smoothie

This coffee protein smoothie is made without frozen banana, refined sugars and dairy. A healthy high protein breakfast option to kick start your day!

Ingredients

  • 1-2 tbsp granulated coffee*
  • ¾ cup Ice
  • 1 cup milk
  • ½ tbsp stevia
  • 3 tbsp protein powder* (30g scoop)
  • ¼ of avocado
  • 2 chunks frozen zucchini/courgette (optional)

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a high speed blender.
  • Blend for twenty seconds to combine, pause and blend for a further twenty seconds until smooth and combined.
  • Pour into a glass smoothie cup or serving jar and serve straight away.

Notes

*Use any flavour protein powder you like in this recipe. My favourites are vanilla, caramel and chocolate as they all pair really well with the coffee.
