If you love iced coffee but don’t like all of the refined sugars, syrups and hidden calories that come with it, try this recipe next time you need a caffeine hit.
I actually don’t drink real coffee anymore but I do still enjoy and miss the flavour. I have been using an organic decaf coffee in my recipes and absolutely love it – still getting that full strength coffee flavour.
- 4 chunks of frozen zucchini (large ice cube size)
- Ice (4-6 cubes)
- 1/8 of an avocado
- 1 scoop (30g) Salted Caramel protein powder
- 1 tbsp decaf coffee
- 1 tsp stevia
- 1 tsp natural almond butter
- 1 cup almond milk
- Sprinkle of cinnamon
Blend and enjoy this icey cold treat filled with nutrients.
